2-1-10: COOPERATION OF CITY PERSONNEL; FINANCIAL LIABILITY:

All employees and elected officials of the city should render cooperation and all reasonable and necessary assistance to the planning and zoning commission. Neither the commission nor any person connected with the commission shall incur any financial liability in the name of the city. (Ord. 559, 7-12-2016)
