7-3-1: TITLE AND PURPOSE:
   A.   Title: This chapter shall be known and cited as the HAYDEN PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS ORDINANCE.
   B.   Purpose: The provisions contained herein are necessary to ensure that all public infrastructure constructed within the corporate limits of the city that will be owned and maintained by the city is designed and constructed in accordance with approved standards. (Ord. 512, 7-10-2012)
