7-1-5: ASSESSMENT AND LIEN:
If it becomes necessary for the city to clean or repair the sidewalks or grass infiltration systems abutting any private property, the city may assess the cost thereof against the private property and place a lien against the abutting property as provided in title 9, chapter 50 of the Idaho Code. (Ord. 542, 1-27-2015)
