7-1-2: REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SIDEWALKS:
It shall be the duty of the owner of property within the city limits to maintain sidewalks abutting the owner's property at all times in a safe and proper condition and to repair all damage to sidewalks whether or not the owner has received notice from the city to do so. (Ord. 542, 1-27-2015)
