It shall be unlawful for any minor to leave the city of Hayden residence of a parent or legal guardian, without the permission of the parent or legal guardian, with the intent of staying away from, or at a distance from, the residence. This section is not intended to apply to a minor leaving the residence for a visit to a neighbor or friend that is less than twelve (12) hours and is not overnight. (Ord. 481, 11-24-2009)
