Any violation may be admitted to and the penalty paid as follows:
A. Civil Violations: All civil penalties shall be paid at the Kootenai County sheriff's department. A receipt showing that the penalty has been paid, referencing the citation number of each violation shall be issued to the payer on receipt of payment.
B. Misdemeanors And Infractions: All misdemeanors and infractions shall be processed pursuant to Idaho Code and applicable court rules in the magistrates' division of the district court of the 1st judicial district, Kootenai County, Idaho. (Ord. 556, 6-14-2016)
