Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by up to one hundred eighty (180) days in the county jail, and/or a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine, or both. Knowingly furnishing false information to any official of the City or the Districts charged with the administration of this chapter, including without limitation, the furnishing of false information regarding the expected size, use or impacts from a proposed development, shall be a violation of this chapter.
