9-3-15: AUDIT:
   A.   As part of their annual audit process, the Districts shall prepare an annual report:
      1.   describing the amount of all Fire or EMS impact fees collected, appropriated or spent during the preceding year by category of public facility; and
      2.   describing the percentage of taxes and revenues from sources other than the Fire and/or EMS impact fees collected, appropriated or spent for system improvements during the preceding year by systems improvements category of Districts capital facilities.
Said annual report shall be transmitted to the City Administrator. (Ord. 637, 8-23-2022)
