§ 53.06 CHARGES ESTABLISHED.
   The charges for trash disposal service as provided herein shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees. Such charges shall be added to and made a part of the monthly electric service bill and shall be paid in the same manner as electric bills. The trash disposal charges shall also constitute a lien upon any lots, and building or premises served, and in the event the charges are not paid when due, the Town Clerk/Treasurer may certify the charge or charges to the County Treasurer pursuant to § 53.07 of this chapter.
