§ 53.05 PRIVATE TRASH HAULING.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent an individual from hauling the individual’s own trash; providing, it is properly disposed of in conformity with all town and county regulations; however, such individuals shall continue to be responsible for paying all town trash disposal charges.
