For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
TRASH. All waste matter, rubbish, debris and discarded materials of every kind, including by way of illustration and no limitation, wastepaper , tin cans, letter, grass clippings, tree leaves, boxes and cold ashes. TRASH does not include hot ashes, building materials, dirt, rocks, sod, furniture or appliances.
