8-5-1: BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE:

A. Permit Required: It shall be unlawful to install, erect or operate a satellite antenna system without having secured a building permit therefor prior to the commencement of construction. (Ord. 345-84, 9-11-1984; amd. 1995 Code)

B. Fee: The building permit fee for a satellite antenna system shall be as set forth in subsection 11-1-1H1 of this Code. (Ord. 1796-17, 12-13-2017)
