Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist after notification by the Village Clerk shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 209-74, 7-9-1974; amd. 1995 Code)
