8-3-18: VIOLATION, PENALTY:

Any person found guilty of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code, and each day any violation of any section of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 546-92, 11-16-1992; amd. 1995 Code)
