Failure to first obtain a permit as required herein or the failure to do any other act required herein shall constitute a violation of this Section 7-2-1 and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code for each such offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist after notification thereof shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 305-80, 8-12-80; 1995 Code)
