A. Adoption Of Regulations: The Lake County board of health ordinance, article X, rabies control, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as though fully incorporated herein. (Ord. 248-77, 11-11-1977; amd. 1995 Code)
B. Joint Agreement With County: The village enters into a joint agreement with the county of Lake as provided in agreement III, made a part hereof by reference, and the mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute such agreement III on behalf of the village. C. Penalties:
1. The same penalties as provided in the Lake County board of health ordinance aforesaid shall apply to any violations of this section, said penalties being herein restated as follows.
2. Any person violating or aiding in or abetting the violation of any provision of this section, or counterfeiting any certificate or tag, or making any misrepresentation in regard to any matter prescribed by this section, or resisting, obstructing or impeding the health department or an authorized officer in enforcing this section, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
