4-7-6: PENALTIES:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1409-12, 7-16-2012, eff. 1-1-2013)
