Any person, firm, corporation or business entity who or which violates any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine as provided in Section 1-4-1 not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) for each separate offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues to occur.
