Any person, firm, corporation or business entity who or which violates any provision of this Chapter 10 shall be subject to a fine as provided in Section 1-4-1 not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than seven hundred and fifty ($750) for each separate offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues to occur. (Ord. 2171-22, 4-26-2022)
