In addition to any and all penalties provided for in this chapter, any person found to have violated any provision of this chapter, or any licensee found to have violated any provision of this code, shall be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
In addition, stop work orders may be issued pursuant to the provisions of section 8-2-6 of this code. (Ord. 1187-06, 10-23-2006)
Notwithstanding anything contained in this section to the contrary, the following shall be the penalties for a violation of chapter 5, article B of this title:
