A. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of committing a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code.
B. Notwithstanding the penalty provision of this Chapter, nothing therein shall prevent the City from applying to the District Court of Clay County, Minnesota, to obtain appropriate injunctions to prevent further violation of the terms of this Chapter. (Ord. 179, 4-22-1987; 1996 Code)
