3-2-16: PENALTY:

In addition to the penalties of suspension or revocation, any person violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be prosecuted in the County Court for Clay County and, upon a conviction of such violation, be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code.
