3-2-7: LICENSE FEES:
   A.    The annual license fee for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license, 3.2 percent malt liquor on-sale and off-sale license, on-sale wine license, and temporary on-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license shall be as shown in section 3-8-1 of this title or as set by resolution of the city council.    B.    The annual license fee for a club license shall be the same as may from time to time be set by state law. (Ord. 171, 1-11-1982)
   C.    All licenses, except consumption and display, subsection 3-2-4A6 of this chapter, shall expire on December 31 of each year. Each license shall be issued for a period of one year except that if a portion of the license year has elapsed when the application is made, a license may be issued for the remainder of the year on a pro rata fee basis. In computing such fees any unexpired fraction of a month shall be counted as one month. (Ord. 171, 1-11-1982; amd. 1996 Code)
   D.    All license fees shall be paid into the general fund of the city. Upon rejection of any application for a license hereunder, the city administrator shall refund the amount paid, less any investigation costs incurred by the city as set forth herein. (Ord. 171, 1-11-1982)
