Nonprofit/civic group rental:
	Gymnasium		$15.00 under 4 hours; $50.00 over 4 hours
	Kitchen cooking or serving		$10.00 per rental
	Meeting rooms:
		Basement	$2.00 per rental
		1st floor	$4.00 per rental
		2nd floor	$4.00 per rental
	Unique nonprofit events:
		Gym used for 1 event over several consecutive days	$100.00 for first 3 days, plus $15.00 per day each additional day plus $5.00 per day kitchen
		Gym used for prescheduled weekly events with 2 or more meeting rooms	$20.00 each time (no additional kitchen charge)
		Entire building used for 1 event over several consecutive days	$110.00 for first 3 days, plus $20.00 per day each additional day plus $5.00 per day kitchen
