A. Violations: Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in any court having jurisdiction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 133, 4-24-1972; amd. 1996 Code)
B. Discontinuance Of Service: Water service shall be shut off at the stop box connections when it is determined that the fees and charges provided for in this chapter have not been paid in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 133, 4-24-1972)
