7-7-8: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor pursuant to Minnesota statutes, and shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 247, 6-9-2008)
