A. Excavation Permit Fee: The excavation permit fee shall be established in an amount as shown in section 3-8-1 of this code.
B. Obstructive Permit Fee: The obstruction permit fee shall be established in an amount as shown in section 3-8-1 of this code. (Ord. 217, 6-22-1998; amd. Ord. 246, 12-3-2007)
C. Payment Of Permit Fees: No excavation permit or obstruction permit shall be issued without payment of such fees before the issuance of such a permit unless the applicant shall agree to pay such fees within thirty (30) days of billing therefor. All permit fees shall be doubled during a probationary period.
D. Nonrefundable: Permit fees that were paid for a permit that the director has revoked for a breach as stated in section 7-6-21 of this chapter are not refundable.
E. Use Of Permit Fees: All obstruction and excavation permit fees shall be used solely for City management, construction, maintenance and repair costs of the right of way. (Ord. 217, 6-22-1998)
