A. Penalty: Unless otherwise provided, any person who shall be convicted of a violation of this chapter shall, upon such conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that said violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
B. Relief: Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A of this section, the city may seek from the appropriate courts of Clay County, Minnesota, all injunctive relief allowable under the laws of the state to correct violations, to prohibit their continuance, and to obtain such other and further relief as the city may deem necessary for the safety and protection of its citizens.
