A. All the provisions of the Minnesota State Statutes regarding crimes and offenses considered as misdemeanors 1 are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Chapter as completely as if set forth fully herein, including any variations, changes, amendments or additions thereto made by the Minnesota State Legislature in the future regarding the aforesaid crimes and offenses.
B. Any violation of the said statutes adopted by reference in subsection A hereof is a violation of this Section when it occurs within the City. Any person violating any provision of this Section shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. If a minimum fine or imprisonment is prescribed by the State Statutes as referred to in subsection A hereof, such minimum penalty shall be applied to a person convicted of the same offense under this Section.
