5-1-2: BOND OF OFFICERS:
The Chief of Police and all other officers created under Section 5-1-1 hereof shall execute a bond to the City with good and sufficient securities to be approved by the Mayor and City Council conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of office. (1996 Code)
