1-3-1: PENALTY:

Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code where no specific penalty is provided shall be fined in a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one offense and such person may be imprisoned for a period of not more than six (6) months. Either or both such fine and imprisonment may be imposed. (Ord. 813, 2-18-1997)
