1-4-9: RECONSIDERATION OF MOTION:
When a question has been put and decided, it shall be in order for any member who voted with the majority to move for a reconsideration thereof.
A motion for reconsideration, if lost, shall not again be made at the same meeting of the council, nor shall any question be reconsidered more than once. (Ord. 1, 10-20-1904)
