1-4-7: ROLL CALL VOTE:

When demanded by any two (2) members, the yeas and nays upon any question shall be taken and entered upon the minutes of the council. In taking the same, if a quorum does not answer to their names, the question shall be deemed to be lost; debate shall be precluded during roll call. (Ord. 1, 10-20-1904)
