§ 92.08 APPROVAL OF FIRE INSPECTOR REQUIRED FOR POSSESSION OR STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES.

It shall be unlawful to possess, locate, or store explosives or blasting agents within the corporate limits of the City unless a permit therefor has been obtained in advance from the Fire Inspector in the manner provided in the Fire Prevention Code.
