(A) Certain areas, when signs are placed, erected, or installed giving notice thereof, shall be designated as parking areas for City parks and City recreation facilities. Any person may park a vehicle at any time in the designated parking areas while using the City Park or City recreation facility; however, no vehicle shall be parked for a period longer than twelve (12) hours or the same shall be subject to § 73.09.
(B) Special events may be granted an exception from division (A) above upon application to and approval by the Police Chief.
