(A) If a containment assembly fails its operational test, or repairs are deemed necessary during inspection by the customer, certified tester or the City, the customer will have 30 days to have all repairs made, the assembly re-tested, and to submit updated reports to the City.
(B) Defective parts must be replaced with factory approved parts.
(C) If repair is not possible, the assembly must be replaced with a containment assembly installed in accordance with this subchapter.
