HAVELOCK, NORTH CAROLINA CODE OF ORDINANCES
UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
§ 51.073 AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL, REPLACE, OR RELOCATE.
   Backflow assembly installations, replacements and relocations shall be performed by a plumbing contractor licensed in the state for the scope of work to be performed.
