(A) All containment assemblies must be installed where the City deems them readily accessible. Readily accessible is having direct access to the containment assembly without the requirement to remove any panel, door or similar covering of the item described, and without requiring the use of portable ladders, chairs, and the like.
(B) The proper installation of an insulated approved enclosure may be deemed readily accessible.
