(A) The purpose of this subchapter is to define the City as the water purveyor in the elimination of all cross connections within its public potable water supply.
(B) This subchapter shall apply to all customers connected to the City's public potable water supply.
(C) This article complies with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the North Carolina Drinking Water Act, and the North Carolina State Building Code as they pertain to cross connections within the public potable water supply.
