§ 51.025 WHEN ACCOUNTS DELINQUENT; TURNING OFF WATER SERVICE TO DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS; FEES TO BE PAID BEFORE WATER RECONNECTION.
   (A)   Customers who fail to pay the amount charged for either water or sewerage services by the fifteenth day of the month following the month for which statements are rendered shall be delinquent. Customers who fail to pay the amount charged by the twenty-fourth day of the month without exception shall have the water service to the premises turned off. Should the twenty-fourth day of the month fall on a holiday or a Saturday or Sunday, the bill must be paid on the next working day or the water service to the premises shall be turned off on the following day.
   (B)   Delinquent accounts where the water has been turned off shall not have the service restored until the delinquent account has been paid in full, and a disconnect fee has been paid.
   (C)   A disconnect fee shall be charged for nonpayment of a sewer bill which has resulted in a temporary disruption of service prior to restoration of water and sewer service. This charge for sewer customers is in addition to any fees that may be assessed for restoration of water service.
