§ 51.023 WHEN METERS READ, STATEMENTS RENDERED, AND ACCOUNTS DUE AND PAYABLE.

   Meters shall be read on the fifteenth day of each month or at any time prior thereto as may be convenient, and statements based upon the reading shall be rendered and all accounts shall be due and payable the first day of each following month.
