§ 53.71 COMPLAINTS REGARDING A BILL.
   (A)   A customer having a grievance or complaint regarding a bill must file written notice with the city's finance office. If it is determined that the bill is in error, an adjustment will be made according to the City's fee schedule.
   (B)   No adjustment will be made for more than a three-year period per N.C.G.S. § 1-52.
