(A) Every engineered stormwater control and its associated maintenance accesses on privately owned land, except for those located on single family residential lots, installed pursuant to this chapter shall be made accessible for adequate maintenance and repair by a permanent maintenance easement. The easement shall be recorded and its terms shall specify who may make use of the easement and for what purposes.
(B) The engineered stormwater control will be shown and labeled within the easement.
