UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
§ 53.11 VARIANCES.
   (A)   Any person may petition the city for a variance granting permission to use the person's land in a manner otherwise prohibited by this chapter.
   (B)   Variance procedures are set forth in § 159.02(C).
