Property owners undertaking any development activity shall demonstrate that the development activity does not affect riparian buffer zones as defined in 15A NCAC 2B.0610 - Managing Activities Within Riparian Buffers: Definitions and 15A NCAC 2B.0700 - Nutrient Management Strategy Rules for Surface Water, sections 2B.0701 Nutrient Strategies Definitions through 2B.0711 Neuse Nutrient Strategy: Stormwater. The riparian buffer shall be delineated on the subdivision plat, property boundary, or site plan for the development activity along with any limits imposed on the proposed development activity.
