(A) This chapter identifies procedures and standards that shall apply to development activities in addition to any other local, state, or federal requirements. The intent of this chapter is to establish standards and procedures to satisfy 15A NCAC 2B.0700 - Nutrient Management Strategy Rules for Surface Water, sections 2B.0701 Nutrient Strategies Definitions through 2B.0711 Neuse Nutrient Strategy: Stormwater.
(B) All projects to which this chapter applies shall comply with the standards of this section. The approval of the site plans and land clearing permit shall require an enforceable restriction or protective covenants, to ensure that future development and expansion of development maintains the site consistent with the approved project plans for built upon area and engineered stormwater controls.
