§ 156.01 INTENT.

All development and other land use activities subject to the UDO are also subject to the regulations and requirements of this chapter, as well as all other chapters of the city code of ordinances, including Chapters 50, 51, 52, 53 and 54. Definitions for all terms used in the UDO are found in Chapter 163.
