§ 52.051 PERMIT; TYPES, APPLICATION, AND FEES.
   There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: for residential and commercial service, and for service to establishments producing industrial wastes. (See § 52.100.) In either case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the City. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Public Utilities Director. A permit and inspection fee for a residential or commercial building sewer permit and for an industrial building sewer permit shall be paid to the City at the time the application is filed at the rates as are set from time to time by the Board of Commissioners. The schedules of fees shall be kept on file in the office of the Clerk where they shall be available for public inspection during the normal office hours of the Clerk.
