5.16.140: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or a jail term not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. (Ord. 205 § 15, 1985)
