5.16.110: COMPLAINTS FROM THE PUBLIC:
Any member of the public who has reason to believe that this chapter is not being complied with may contact the clerk, the mayor or the chief and set forth such grounds. Upon receipt of such a complaint, the clerk and the mayor shall forward the information to the chief who shall investigate the complaint and take appropriate action pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 205 § 11, 1985)
